Please direct the Kansas Department of Transportation to proceed with development of the Heartland Flyer Extension passenger rail service from Newton, KS to Oklahoma City, OK in accordance with the intent of the Passenger Rail Program Act of 2010.

Please fund the Heartland Flyer Extension in 2021, and add passenger rail to the next Transportation bill.
